The ashwagandha plant has been applied safely in ayurvedic medicine for hundreds or thousands of years.

GAL Sensoril® Ashwagandha

Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world’s oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. The renowned research professor, Dr. Shibnath Ghosal and his team developed a special extract of ashwagandha, also called Indian ginseng, which has been used over millennia in Ayurvedic medicine.

This extract contains the oligosaccharides found in the plant, in addition to the usual withanolides. They achieved this using only pure water,
by extracting not only from the roots but from the leaves for proper complexity. Its efficacy is proven by a series of clinical research. This patent-protected extract named Sensoril® is used in our product.

Recommended dosage Take 2-4 pills daily on an empty stomach (half of the dose preferably in the morning, after waking up or before having breakfast; the other half before lunch or dinner, on an empty stomach).

Warning: Please consult your doctor, or health care provider before taking the product, if you are pregnant or suffer from hyperthyroidism.

Glycine is an amino acid found in the largest amount in collagen proteins. Other protein sources contain only a small amount of it.

GAL Glycine 250g

This ensures the glycine taken after a meal helps to balance the ratio of amino acids consumed with your food. It can
be mixed into coffee or any other liquid or can be baked into a cake. It has a pleasant, sweet taste without any aftertaste. (Direct undiluted consumption can feel almost unpleasantly sweet).

Recommended consumption: Dissolve 1 heaped teaspoon of the product in 100 or 200 ml lukewarm liquid (e.g. in water) and drink it slowly in sips. Alternatively take directly from the spoon. It is also recommended to consume a small amount (1 level teaspoon or coffee spoon) after meals if your meal lacked collagen type proteins.

Most proteins that build up the bodies of mammals are collagen proteins, as our skin, bones, joints, blood vessels, connective tissues.

GAL Fish Collagen Peptides

And other organs are mostly made up of these. So far 28 types of collagen proteins were identified; however, 90% of collagens that constitute our body belong to a single type, type I collagen.

Beauty and flexibility

Recommended consumption: It is best consumed with breakfast and/or before going to bed. You can mix it into any kind of liquid, even into a hot soup. Its taste can be easily masked: a tasty drink can be made by mixing the product into warm water, milk or coconut milk, sweetened, flavored with vanilla. It tastes even better if you add cereals or sliced/blended bananas. A great way to start your day in the morning.

Liver is not only the richest source of ready vitamin A, but it is also a true nutrient bomb.

Steamed beets and pumpkins are also great sources of vitamin A (via carotenes), which also contain many other useful nutrients.

It is better to cover our vitamin A need from these, than to replace it.

Unfortunately many do not like or try to avoid liver, but in the meantime they do not prefer the consumption of carrots/pumpkins.

Our product is recommended to them, mainly if thy also take vitamin D3. We recommend the same amount, or maximum twice as much IU vitamin A replenishment, than the consumed IU of D3.

We recommend taking 1 to 10 drops a day, depending on the vitamin A content of our nutrition and our vitamin D3 intake.
